The math is professional-grade. Planetary positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris, the same engine used by practicing astrologers and most desktop software, and Vedic charts use the Lahiri ayanamsa — the Indian government's standard. A trained astrologer cross-checking our output against their own software would find positions matching to the arc-minute. Where opinions differ between traditions, we show which convention was used instead of hiding it. If you ever spot a mismatch with software you trust, write to us with the birth details and we will reconcile it line by line.

Yes — the AI reads your real computed chart, not a generic sun-sign script. It sees your actual planet positions, houses and running dasha, then explains them using classical interpretation rules. That's why asking with your saved chart attached gives noticeably sharper answers than asking without one. What it will not do is invent placements you don't have, and if a question falls outside what a chart can answer, it says so. Try it once with the chart and once without — the difference is the fastest way to see why we keep insisting on it.

Your birth details are used to compute your charts and nothing else — they are never sold, never rented, and never fed into advertising of any kind. Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with the same care as account credentials. We ask for the minimum: a chart genuinely needs date, time and place, and nothing more than that is required to use the site. Charts you never save are used to render your result and are not kept behind an account at all.

The rule is simple: if a report fails to generate, or contains a calculation mistake we can verify, you get a full refund — no haggling, and the case is rare because generation is checked before delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Always to the original method, never coupons or store credit unless you specifically ask for them. 'I didn't like the interpretation' is harder to refund, since reading tastes differ, but write to us and we'll always hear you out.
