How we respond
Messages arrive in a shared inbox, not a ticket queue. We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days; anything about payments or a failed report jumps to the front. If your question needs an astrologer rather than the support team, we'll say so honestly and point you to the right tool instead of guessing in an email.
What to include
Three things make replies fast: your birth date, time and place (if the question is about a chart); the tool or page you were using; and a screenshot or the exact text of anything that looked wrong. For report issues, add your order ID. The more context you send, the less we ask back.

Birth details you send by email are used only to answer your question and are not added to any marketing list. We never sell or share your data, and if you ask us to delete a conversation or a saved chart, we do it — usually the same day.
